DC Injury Clinic is run by Danny Clayton. Danny is a practicing Advanced Sports Therapist, based in Swindon, Wiltshire offering a full rehabilitation service – from injury to return to full health, dealing with all manner of soft tissue and joint injuries. My aim through working together with you is to relieve pain, regain movement, improve health and – importantly – prevent injury reoccurring, regardless of your age, occupation, or sporting activity (or lack of!). Danny contributes regularly to the the #TeamVRC online running group, with tips, advice and his fun sense of humour.
The Buddy Pouch is a versatile pouch that folds over your shorts/leggings, and secures with magnets, so you can carry all manner of essentials when out on your run. I encourage people to enjoy their runs, and not just think about times or distance, so this pouch enables you to take your phone with you easily and capture all the beauty or strange things you see when out in your PE kits.
Suzi from BlueGizmo donated a Buddy Pouch for a competition we jointly ran in October 2017.
